Our recruitment process – permanent placements
You have applied for an advertised position. What happens next?
 
  • Your application is received and assessed by the appropriate Clements team.
  • If your skills match, a behavioural interview will be conducted.
  • Skills testing will be also conducted at the time of interview.
  • You will be asked for three referees who need to be direct reports from your current or most current positions.
  • Depending on the position, psychological testing may be required.
  • Notification will be sent to you within two weeks from the date of advertisement.
  • Clients will be provided with a shortlist of candidates for consideration.
  • Client interviews will be conducted and additional testing arranged if required.
  • Notification will be provided once the process is completed.

Commitment from you is appreciated as it assists us to work on your behalf and represent you to our clients. Should you accept another offer or decide to withdraw from any position, you must notify us immediately.

Our recruitment process – temporary placements

How do I hear about temp vacancies?
  • It is a candidate’s responsibility to register their interest with us weekly to and advise on their availability.
  • When a vacancy arises, we refer to the current availability list for suitable qualified candidates.
  • Our consultant will call you if your skills and experiences match the required vacancy.
  • Once assigned to a vacancy, you will be given all the relevant details of the assignment.
  • A registration pack will be provided to you prior to commencement.
  • The consultant will ensure regular follow-up calls are made throughout the assignment.
